1966–67 In the quiet Ohio River town of Point Pleasant, WV, strange events are unfolding, involving UFOs, Men in Black, and an interdimensional cryptid called the Mothman. Seen by hundreds of witnesses and drawing the attention of international media and paranormal researchers like John Keel and Gray Barker, these phenomenon, reported on by local journalist Mary Hyre, culminate in the tragedy of the Silver Bridge on December 15, 1967, thirteen months to the day of the Scarberry–Mallette sighting. Blending fact and fiction, and based on the author’s 16 years’ of experience with Point Pleasant and the paranormal, the story unfolds in two other timelines: 2009 and “the not too distant present.”
Mothman was Here is the tenth book in the ongoing Stanton Chronicles.
Written and created in cooperation with the Mothman Museum and Mothman ’66 Escape Room.
