Domesticated Demons is a collection of poetry born out of trauma and PTSD. The poetry in this volume captures the thoughts and feelings of someone struggling to regulate themselves in everyday life. The distrust, anxiety, fight or flight is real, raw, honest, and simple. All the emotions are managed every day. Every day.

These are the same moments of anxiety, insecurity, depression from triggers and traumas that are familiar to many.
