Before and After

Emergency Room Doctor, Melanie Sharp, is headed to the mountains for a six-month sabbatical and to hopefully get over her past once and for all. Her goal is to return from her vacation stronger, unafraid, and ready to focus on being a great doctor. That is if she still wants to be a doctor. What she does know is she's done being the trusting, positive Melanie. Melanie two-point O trusts no one. She keeps to herself, plans for the worst, and continues to move forward. The new Melanie doesn't take any crap, because she's learned there's danger, pain, and sadness lurking around every corner, and it doesn't wait for the sun to set. And she doesn't need any distractions, especially hot cocky cowboys.
