Return Policy

At KMChaosBookReads, every order is packed with care and a little chaos magic. Because books are easily damaged and many of our items are curated surprises, our return policy is limited. 

RETURNS

We accept returns ONLY for items that arrive DAMAGED or INCORRECT. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and damaged item. 

If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. 

Once reviewed we will offer either: 

A replacement if available, a store credit, or a refund

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale:

Blind date with a book, Book Boxes, Gift Cards, Sale or Clearance Items

SHIPPING ISSUES

KMChaosBookReads is not responsible for packages that are 

lost due to incorrect addresses, stolen after delivery, delayed by the shipping carrier

However, if something goes wrong, please reach out and we will always try to help.
